John's Career / Background:
I have held many positions in a variety of organizations in my career. It has been a very interesting journey with a great deal of hands-on involvement in IT (Computer Programming, Systems), Marketing, Sales, Consulting, Real Estate, Customer Service, Property Management. In all of these venues I have gained in-sight and knowledge on how best to assist my Web Customers in getting the most out of their site presentations which provide information in a Customer oriented manner.
Client Process:
I meet with my prospective Customers in their homes or offices to discuss what they are looking for in their web sites. In some cases the Customers have very strong feelings as to how the web site will look and feel while others want and need assistance in format, colour, images, links and content. I am here to guide, mentor, develop and create a web site which meet or exceed my Customer's expectations.
Client Peace-of-Mind:
Once the web site is up and running with me doing all of the heavy lifting and technical aspects of the site build, I do not go away. I manage the on-going updates, changes and additions to the site. Why? Most if not all of my Customers do not want to have to worry about uploading pictures, changing content and damaging the presentation content on their valued web pages. It is an integral part of my service to ensure that the sites are backed-up and if something happens then I jump-in to repair the site quickly. Why would a site have to be repaired? I utilize one of the best if not the best web hosting company in Canada to ensure web consistency and that my Customer's data is not compromized. Recently there was a major power outage in Toronto which knocked out the main server containing Customer site information. I was able to get my Customer who was impacted, up and running in 2 hours without any loss of site data.
My Goal:
My Goal is to provide a web site which works well, is completed on schedule, is updated in a timely manner, is user friendly and meets my Clients current and future web site needs and requirements.
